Chaabi Bank is the French subsidiary of the Moroccan banking group Banque Populaire, whose parent company is Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP). The Group is made up of 10 Banque Populaire Régionales (BPRs) with a cooperative vocation, the BCP, specialized financial companies and banks and representations abroad.
In order to use the remittance service, customer needs to hold an account with the Chaabi Bank. Also, the customer does not need to provide any ID proof for making a remittance as the ID proof verification is done by Chaabi Bank at the time of opening the account.
